Spencer's faced a challenge in the way consumers perceived their store regarding price, with many believing the elevated shopping experience accounted for the high prices. 


We stepped up to the challenge by creating an overarching price proposition - "Prices You Can Trust". By executing it within the defined communication hierarchy and across multiple consumer touchpoints, we guaranteed high visibility, instant recognition, and reassurance to consumers. We also did a great job of creating marketing communications and channels to support this customer message, with a recent survey report showing our strategy to have created a clear understanding among consumers.
