Guardian was known for its overwhelming presence of 260 pharmacy stores across 26 cities. As part of a bold new direction that involved its augmentation towards a chain that incorporated wellness, personal care, and sport nutrition, Perennial was asked to deliver a store design that could present all three zones in a clear and distinctive way for customers to know just what the store offered.


To evolve this new identity, we repositioned the brand for greater clarity, delivering a bold store exterior that created an instant impression with customers. Defining the tagline "The Chemists India Trusts", we helped address both the brand's unique positioning, as well as the prevailing concern among consumers about reliable medicines. We carried forward the experience by bringing in the idea of a wellness expert at the core of the brand, and through defined category adjacencies we helped elevate the consumer's journey through the store, bringing new care to every customer.
